We want to make sure you’re totally happy with what you’ve chosen from us, but we know that sometimes a return or cancellation is necessary. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we can accept the product back and exchange it for another one, be it similar or not. You can exchange a product up to 14 days from the date you purchased it, or for a refund, we must receive it within 14 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, all we ask is that we get back the product in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with labels still attached. This should be within 14 days. We can exchange sale items up to 7 days from purchase date, after this 7 days, sale items are non-returnable.
Payment for the return shipping is your responsibility and must be via recorded delivery. We will issue a refund, less the value of postage. In the unlikely event the item(s) are faulty, you can expect a full refund including postage paid.
If you decide to cancel an order that you have placed within the last 24 hours, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org). In your email, simply tell us whether you would like a refund or exchange. Refunds generally appear in your account within 10 working days.
Once we have received your request, we will contact you to process your cancellation.
Please note that if an order is already on its way to you, a refund for the cost of delivery will not be available.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or mis-described goods. Further information regarding your rights is available from the Citizens Advice Consumer Service.
