Deliveries to UK mainland only (unless agreed prior to order)

We usually dispatch all our orders – with tracking details where applicable – the following day (Monday to Thursday only, excluding bank holidays). We dispatch Friday orders the following Monday.

If your parcel is late please track it in case it has been held or already delivered. If you are unable to locate your parcel please contact us ASAP.

Minimum postage cost is £3.99. Accurate postage cost is calculated by weight at checkout.  

How long does delivery take?

We used Hermes for all our deliveries, so your item(s) should be with you in around 2-4 days.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged in the post?

While we take every care in ensuring your order is well packed and secure, accidents can happen. If your delivery is damaged, defective, or not quite what you ordered,  please let us know within 14 days. We will work with you to fix any issues as quickly as possible, by sending out another item, replacing your order or offering you a refund.
